Requirements & Disclaimer: 

  • Accepted styles: are 2D collage, painting, both traditional and spray paint, and photography . Other styles and design formats are open to consideration upon review, please contact us at nonprofitsosu@gmail.com. 

 

  • Submission Format:  please submit files in JPEG or PDF format and scale ratio down for proper viewing.                                                                                                                                                                                                     

  • Disclaimer: All submissions are subject to review for changes by the panel and local artists for feasibility and content. Please remember that this project is affiliated with the university and some content may be deemed too sensitive.

  • WHAT YOU SUBMIT: 

    • a sketch/painting scanned or photographed (does not have to be done large scale) or photographs (photographers) sent as a PDF or JPEG 

  • COMPLETING THE WORK: 

    • Local artists are available to advise in production 

    • we will work with winners to set location and dates for production
