• I plan on painting the panels if selected - but they  are 4x8 -   does my submission for review have to be 4x8 as well because that is rather large? ANSWER: You can submit a sketch! - done digitally, with marker, colored pencil - anything! Just as long as it communicates the subject matter that you would place on the panels so that panelists can consider/easily identify the content. If you say painted it on smaller canvas, like 12x16 inch then scanned it or took a close up photo that works as well.

• I saw some different posts, is it 2 5x9 panels or 2 4x8 panels? - ANSWER: 4x8! two 4x8 panels will be given to EACH of the 3 artists. sorry for the typo on old documents!

• I do photography, can this be accommodated - ANSWER: if you have an idea you are passionate about but worry photography cannot be accommodated on such a large scale please email us! We can discuss with the team if this can be accommodated with an adhesive print or not. We still encourage submissions. We will additionally reach out with a second call for artists for smaller work to be displayed in an exhibition along with the winning artist's panels. Photography may better fit this setting if it cannot be accommodated on such a large scale.

• I saw 2 dates - January 15 and February 15, when is it due? - ANSWER: The deadline was extended! We contacted forms of advertisement with new documents to post, we are sorry if you saw both and got confused.
